In this course, you'll learn video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, audio editing with Adobe Audition, and get started with motion graphics and animation with After Effects. You’ll gain an understanding of how these apps work together, as well as workflow strategies. Along the way, you’ll create projects that teach you Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects. In the final demo reel (portfolio) development course, you’ll create independent projects to showcase your newly-developed skills. This course comes with one-on-one mentoring sessions where you'll receive career advice and resume assistance.

In this certificate program, participants will learn the skills needed to get started in the field of motion graphics and video editing. Students will learn how to work with two industry-standard apps: Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Students will also be introduced to the principles of motion graphics as well as the best practices to go from concept to completion. Attendees will learn the skills needed to start a career as a motion designer or video editor and walk away with a video demo reel or portfolio to show prospective employers or clients. The program includes a free retake and several step-by-step workbooks.

In this 18-hour class, participants will learn the important fundamentals of Adobe Premiere Pro so that they can start using the industry-leading video editing software right away. Students will learn how to import video footage, use the timeline, create titles, use audio, and perform multicam editing. Attendees will also learn basic color correction techniques, adjust the speed of video (speeding it up or slowing it down), remove a background with green screen removal, add video transitions, and more.
