Students new to video editing learn how to navigate Adobe Premiere Pro and make effective use of the program's features through this course. As they gain experience in organizing and editing their video files, students learn to work with images, text, animations, and visual and audio effects. Students also develop competency in masks and blending, templates, and mixing audio. With the provided demo files, students can follow along with the tutorial and edit their own short video.

For students who have already gained some experience with editing videos in Adobe Premiere Pro, this short course teaches advanced techniques for developing creative and polished videos. Students learn about shortcuts, settings, presets, and workflows to optimize their time spent editing. In addition, students gain experience with multicamera editing, keyframe animations, transitions and tracking, color correction, captions, and audio syncing. At the end of the class, students can practice their new skills with the provided editing exercise.
