Attendees will work on a variety of projects from photo editing to creating graphics for web and print. Students will learn how to retouch photos, correct color, combine photos, use layers, start working with masks, use filters, save files properly for print, web, and more. This introductory-level QuarkXPress class will get you creating and editing page layouts effectively and efficiently. An overview of QuarkXPress basics, text and typography, and page elements are among the topics covered. You also discover how to perform advanced layout construction, deal with pictures, and export to PDF in this QuarkXPress course. This program includes free repeats within six months and courseware you can keep for reference later.

This is an introductory course to Adobe Photoshop. This 3-day program teaches fundamentals of Photoshop, including techniques for compositing video, editing photos, printing 3D files, painting with the mixer brush, and producing vectors. Students will also learn how to use the new Frame and Content-Aware Fill tools to simplify the video and photo editing process.

This 2-day Photoshop course will take students from the fundamentals to intermediate skills, starting with the interface and file handling. Students will learn to create an advertisement, giving them the ability to develop their own branding and content with Photoshop’s toolkit. The selection tools will be taught, as well as retouching, Smart Objects, color correction, non-destructive editing, and more.

Learn advanced Photoshop techniques in this 2-day comprehensive course. Students will be able to create their own movie posters within the class, learning the ins and outs of Photoshop’s toolkit while building the skills to create their own content. RAW file handling will be covered, as well as color profiles, and image sharpening. Students will learn to automate processes with Actions, and work with resizable Smart Objects.

This 3-day course teaches the fundamentals of Adobe InDesign. Students will learn how to work with colors, objects, styles, and typography to develop designs for publishing. Completing 15 projects in this course will allow students to practice creating rich layouts and interactive .pdf forms. While intended for beginners, advanced users are also encouraged to take the course to expand their skills.
