Pasta Making Classes Chicago, IL

This one-day pasta bootcamp in Chicago will equip participants with the basic techniques and skills of pasta making. They will learn how to select the right pasta and ingredients and will learn how to knead, cut, and shape the dough. In particular, participants will practice creating classic and specialty shapes and will leave with the ability to make authentic Italian pasta dishes from scratch.

This workshop guides participants through the process of making fresh, hand-crafted pasta from scratch, with a focus on the creation of summer-themed dishes. Attendees will learn practical techniques such as kneading the dough, rolling and cutting pasta, and implementing different styles. In addition, participants will gain insights into making complementary sauces and incorporating seasonal ingredients.
