In this video, we're going to finish up our final pages of the proposal. Let's go into our pages panel, and currently we're about two pages short, so clicking on page 20 here, let's simply click the create new page twice, and for pages 20 through 22, we're going to maintain master A. Let's click on page 20 here, and for page 20, this is simply going to be a blank page, so we need to hold CTRL and shift to select all of these items down here, with the two page numbers and the rectangle.

For page 20, we'll delete everything on page 20, and reduce the size of our bottom bar then, and then let's send it to the back, holding CTRL shift open bracket, so that 21 comes above. If you don't see 21, be sure to hold CTRL and shift, and make sure it's highlighted. Next, let's work on page 21.

On this page, it's going to be relatively simple, with some contact information and a picture. According to our request for proposal, we need the contact information of the individuals that need to be reached, if there's any questions or concerns. So let's simply utilize our type tool, and we'll create a very simple text frame here, and add the relevant information.

In this case, we'll add Clark Kent, project manager, and hit ENTER. We'll add his phone number, and hit ENTER, and finally his email. We'll then hit ENTER twice, and we'll add our second individual, Artifree, administrative staff.

We'll then add her phone number, and finally her email. Next, let's briefly stylize this, and we'll go to our properties, and feel free to choose whatever you prefer. I'll choose the in-text style, and let's simply finish this page up by adding a photo.

Utilize our rectangle frame tool, and we'll add a very simple photo here. I'm going to cc libraries, and I'm going to choose this photo. Click, and fill it proportionally.

Additionally, I may resize it just a little bit, so it extends beyond the edge, and this looks good. This is a very simple contact page, very clear and to the point. Finally, we'll work on our back cover.

We'll hit W on the keyboard, and for this back cover, it's going to look a lot like our front cover. So, let's go to pages, and page one, and from here, we're simply going to copy the details of page one. Before doing so, however, it looks like we have a couple issues, and they may be related to our baseline layer, which we added after creating our first page.

So, to do this, let's first double click, and we'll select our text frame, and if we scroll down, let's unalign it to the baseline layer, and there it's back and centered. We have the same issue with our Department of Public Works, so let's unalign it, and there, much better. Finally, with this text here, we'll drag it out, and this may have been changed based on one of the settings that we previously created.

So, let's now copy this all, and hit CTRL C to copy, and then going all the way to the bottom to page 22, let's hit CTRL V to paste. We'll paste it here, right over the top, and it looks like this text is just a bit overset. We'll drag it out, and again, let's make sure it's unaligned, and resized in the corner.

From here, then, we can delete both the Department of Public Works, and holding Shift, we'll delete our photo, and then we'll use this text, and move it over to the right-hand side, holding Shift, and let's move it down just a bit, to right about here. Next, for this back page, we only need our Submitted To, and Submitted By, and we don't need the address or the date, so we can use the backspace, and now, let's utilize our selection tool, and simply align it to the bottom. Additionally, we'll right-align the paragraph, and hit W on the keyboard, and on the left side, right here, let's add our logo, just to fill up some of the space.

We'll hit CC Libraries, grab our logo here, and drag it in, and then feel free to size it appropriately, as you see fit, and we'll add it right there. Alright, we've now completed all of the pages for our work. As a final check, let's simply scroll through all the pages, to double-check and see if there's not any errors.

We'll go to page 1, and we'll simply look through all the pages, catching any errors. If we hit W on the keyboard, we can see what this will look like, and I'm just going to extend it a bit, I think that looks a little bit better. Feel free to make any stylistic changes that you'd prefer, and I think we've now finished up our proposal.

So, let's hit CTRL S on the keyboard to save our work, and in the next video, we'll export this document. See you there!
