Lamaze International - DC Chapter

This two-hour infant CPR and care course is designed for parents and caregivers, as it provides all the necessary training and knowledge to take complete care of an infant. During the course, participants will learn CPR and become familiar with essential safety measures and techniques when dealing with an infant.

This weekend workshop provides expecting parents the tools to prepare for labor and delivery. Participants will learn deep breathing and relaxation techniques to cope with labor pain, practice labor positions for comfort, and receive information on maternal and infant nutrition. Participants can gain confidence in preparing for childbirth through engaging in activities and discussions.
