In this certificate program, participants will learn the skills needed to become a well rounded digital designer, capable of designing websites, logos, social media graphics, and more. Attendees start by learning industry-standard apps such as Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Students then learn and implement design fundamentals such as design theory, composition, typography, color, web design standards, and more. Attendees will learn the skills needed to start a career as a visual designer and walk away with projects they can use in a portfolio to show prospective employers or clients. The program includes a free retake and several step-by-step workbooks.

Students will also learn developer tools such as Git to collaborate with developers in addition to learning modern web technologies such as Flexbox, Grid, and Bootstrap to efficiently create responsive websites. Attendees will learn the skills needed to start a career as a front-end web developer. The program includes a free retake, and each course includes a step-by-step workbook.

In this summer program, high school and college students will learn the fundamentals of user-centered app and website desig. After learning fundamental concepts for good UX and UI design, students will create their own clickable prototypes to test.

This 4-day introductory course in HTML & CSS will teach you how to make websites from scratch. It starts from by covering core concepts, syntax, and formatting HTML documents using CSS. It places a lot of emphasis on responsive web design so your websites are compatible with any device. It will also teach you how to use CSS to format forms, tables, pictures, media, and fonts. Finally, this course touches on different ways to deploy websites and how JavaScript enhances website functionality.

This course is for experienced front-end developers who wish to develop skills in creating responsive websites. It focuses on media queries, dynamic viewports, responsive images, selectors, typography, and SVGs for resolution independence. This course does not teach frameworks like Bootstrap nor does it teach you how to code HTML/CSS.

This two-day introductory course prepares participants to create, design, code, and edit Mac and PC websites using Adobe Dreamweaver. The course covers all of the basic skills needed to create a web page, including CSS rules, troubleshooting styles, visual aids, navigation shortcuts, embedded styles, and JavaScript linking. Finally, students will learn how to send their website to the server.
