BIM Construction Documents I introduces advanced Revit modeling techniques to create comprehensive architectural and site models for commercial projects. From importing AutoCAD files to modeling an expansion and graphically differentiating project phases, this course builds expertise in BIM tools and delivers renderings fit for presentation and documentation.

BIM Construction Documents II focuses on developing architectural construction documents for the commercial building and site modeled in BIM 301. Students will create detailed plans, sections, elevations, keynotes, and schedules while progressing through 30/60/90/100 percent deliverable submittals to produce a professional construction document set.

BIM Construction Documents III is for design professionals and construction industry members seeking advanced Revit skills. Participants will develop 3D models, floor plans, elevations, and perspective views for residential and commercial projects while mastering workflows, cataloging building information, and creating professional-grade documentation.

BIM Detailing is tailored for architects, interior designers, engineers, and other construction professionals aiming to refine their Revit detailing expertise. Participants will develop architectural details for commercial projects, focusing on both traditional 2D drafting and hybrid detailing methods that combine live model views with annotations. By the end of the course, learners will master detail callouts, tools, keynotes, and creating multi-scale detail drawings aligned with National CAD/BIM standards.

The BIM Project Management course equips professionals with project management skills to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and oversee BIM projects.
